Kitty, Daisy and Lewis have sold out their first Melbourne Big Day Out side show date at the Corner Hotel. Due to the resounding response from fans, Ragged Company is pleased to announce a second Kitty, Daisy and Lewis Melbourne show on Saturday, 28th January at the Espy.
In a matter of weeks the young English trio will return to Australia for the Big Days Out 2012 (East Coast only) bringing their own brand of dirty R’n'B & blues, whiskey soaked country, haunting Hawaiian jungle drums and Gospel fever to the stage.
At their packed live shows there’s no compromise when Kitty’s howling harmonica solos backed by Daisy’s solid rhythm on a battered snare-drum and Lewis’s snapping guitar work drive crowds into a Southern Evangelical frenzy. The trio jump from one instrument to another, which range from piano, lap steel, banjos, ukulele, accordion, xylophone, trombone to name but a few.
